Welcome to your MidTerm exam for Advanced Herbology for Potions. You have until one week before the Final Exam begins to turn in this assignment. Failure to turn in Lesson Four (aka: your MidTerm) will result in you being dropped from this class.
For Lesson Four, we are exploring some common herbs used in potions. You're task is to create a biography (aka: botanical guide entry) for your assigned herb. (This portion is worth 20 of the 30 points on your MidTerm.) For your biography, you must include the following information (if applicable):

* Folk Name(s)
* Physical Description
* Common Uses
* Magical Uses
* Medical Uses
* Usage Warnings
Additionally, you are required to provide 2 images of your assigned herb (whether black and white line drawings or full color images)...and at least 1 cooking recipe that the herb is included in.
For the remaining 10 points of your MidTerm, you are asked to compose 2 potions utilizing your herb (based on the information presented in Lessons One and Two). You may select to make any 2 of the following 4 potions:
b) a potion to ward of evil
c) a potion to gain a friendship
d) a potion to cure the common cold
